Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the services of Zenit Logistics and Development with headquarters in Białystok at ul. Lipowa 3, you accept the following rules. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using our services. The regulations constitute a binding contract between us and you as a client.

2. Scope of services

Zenit Logistics and Development provides services in the field of crisis management, debt restructuring, cost optimization, and HR. Our support is based on the analysis of documentation provided by you. We commit to exercising due diligence so that our consulting is substantive and in accordance with the current legal status.

3. Client obligations

As a client, you have an obligation to present us with full and reliable documentation regarding the financial situation of your company. Responsibility for the truthfulness of the data rests with you. Lack of full information may lead to erroneous conclusions during the audit, for which our company is not responsible.

4. Intellectual property

All materials, studies, recovery plans, and documents you receive from Zenit Logistics and Development are intended solely for the internal use of your company. You have no right to copy, distribute, or share them with third parties without our written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

Our actions are advisory in nature. Making final business decisions and their consequences belong solely to you. We do not guarantee success in court proceedings or complete debt relief if the company's legal situation is impossible to repair. We are not responsible for lost benefits resulting from decisions made by you.

6. Payments

Prices for services are set individually based on an initial audit. Payments should be made within the deadlines indicated on VAT invoices issued by Zenit Logistics and Development. Delays in payments may result in the suspension of consulting services.

7. Termination of contract

Each party may terminate the cooperation with a 14-day notice period in writing. In case of violation of the provisions of these terms by either party, the other party has the right to terminate the contract immediately.

8. Governing law

Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled by courts competent for the headquarters of Zenit Logistics and Development in Białystok. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and appropriate commercial law acts in force in Poland apply.
